Adding additional info to the takeoff item

Hi you can do this with Dropdown Mode set to Name and if you check the box:

Allow typing custom values that are not in the list of options

I have that setting turned on, but as you see in the video above, I don't want to retype the name from the drop-down. I would like the ability to grab the item and be able to modify it. Hopefully that makes sense.
