Feature Requests
tutusrt A few functions that would be very helpful.
Search function
- Able to search page or full set for keywords
Hyperlink drawing
- When looking at a page with a detail or section, able to click on said detail and have it bring you to that page
Square not just linear takeoff
- When doing a takeoff, able to do it as a square or rectangle, not just a line. Easier and faster for going room by room when they're simple squares
Line width/off center
- Able to adjust the actual width of the takeoff line
- Also have it be off center

Regarding the square, not just linear takeoff, could you give an example of what that looks like? Are you talking about a point count with length & width? (We just added this)
Instead of a point click to click, able to use a rectangle takeoff and click and drag
I just wanted to provide an update on this. Three of your requests are currently being worked on.
Search: this has been added on our end and is being tested on the Test server. Should be released soon.
Hyperlink: Currently under development - we call them "Bookmarks"
Line Width: Currently under development - planning to have ability for the width to show either centered, left, or right side of the line you drew.
I would also love the click and drag rectangle too! That's one I do always try to do, and it keeps not working in zz.
An update on these:
Search, bookmarks, and scaled line widths have been added in this update.
Hyperlinks (links directly on the page) and box mode (click and drag rectangle) have not been added yet, but the dev team has said they have them on their list to add.
For the search function, can you make it so details are searchable?
EX: "13/SD4.2" Should highlight all the spots where this is visible on any of the pages. Currently it isn't able to find specific details due to them not being grouped together.
Hi Joe. We don't have the ability to search like that yet, but we will be sure to add it. Thanks for the input.
Just wanted to add, although we do have 'bookmarks' Id love to hyperlink like we could in planswift. eg. Planswift you could 'drag' SECTION01, onto FLOORPLAN (where its showing a section) and then it'll link to that page.
Wow all of these are done or near completed, cool! Except for the hyperlinks, that in the works??
