How to Export Data to Excel or CSV

Method 1: Using the Reports Tab

1. Navigate to the Reports tab in the top navigation menu
2. Right-click anywhere on the data grid
3. In the context menu that appears, hover over "Export"
4. Select your desired export format:

• Choose "CSV Export" for a comma-separated values file
• Choose "Excel Export" for a Microsoft Excel file

Method 2: Using the Takeoff Totals Export Icon

1. Go to the Takeoff tab
2. Locate the Takeoff Totals panel on the right side of the screen
3. Find the export icon in the top-right corner of the Takeoff Totals panel
4. Click the export icon
5. Choose your preferred export format:

• CSV Export
• Excel Export
