Server Issues?

I'm experiencing quite a bit of lag this morning.

Same here, but now it seems to be working

I get spurts of normal operation, but then get lag again.

Also having issues, especially with point counts

Thanks for the heads up guys. We're digging to resolve this ASAP.

Same here. This morning ZZ has been heavily lagging behind for me.

I am trying to do point take-offs, it will record 2 to 3 and then stop working. I have to stop the operation and start a new one for it to keep recording point counts.

Currently Still having issues with Laggy point counts as mentioned above, and all aspects of ZZ are sluggish as well.

Also have lag. I can makes some area shapes or segment lines but when I escape out to use a different item in Takeoffs it won't let me. Have to restart browser or even computer to continue.

Over the weekend, during our Scheduled Maintenance we deployed an infrastructure update that was supposed to be a speed increase. We had done 3 deploy tests including a "fire drill" restoring a backup of our live database to test with large amounts of data. All of our testing went well. Somehow, after deploying live, we were getting CPU spikes today (and we are still digging into the root cause). We rolled back the changes a few minutes, ago and things appear to be back to fast speeds now. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Before re-deploying, we will be doing much heavier load testing (locally and on our Dev Servers) and simulation of hundreds of users changing data real-time to find the core of the issue. We will keep working to better simulate the live environment and improve our testing and deployment processes to be smoother.
