Printing out of Order

I'm having an issue where the pages will print out of order. Screen shots attached, note the location of S2.1A. Smaller image shows the order of the plans, second screenshot shows the print box.

Is this still an issue for you? We recently did an update, making the print pages pop-up mirror the pages sidebar grouping & sorting order.
