Merge Linear

Hmm. This one is a little tricky to do. It could be possible, it's just a matter of making so when the line merges, the line is still a line and not a zig-zag because the points are out of order. I'll send this to the DEV team to review. For now, the supported functionality is if you have 2 lines and the endpoints line up.

What would make it easier (in my brain) and easier for all users, is to have "snap" points on both sides of the line. See this feature request. It would then function as the area merge tool does.
