Eric Bostrom Logitech 'smooth scrolling' zooms from 0 to 100%, with nothing in between
When 'smooth scrolling' is enabled within Logitech Options+ software, zooming in or out using the scroll wheel on Chrome/Edge will zoom from 0% to 100%, with nothing in between. Tested with multiple machines and mice, with and without smooth scrolling. Can recreate by enabling smooth scrolling. Smooth scrolling does not affect other webpages or apps.

One of our developers had a Logitech mouse with smooth scrolling which we used for testing. I think we were able to resolve this issue. Can you test and let us know if it works for you now?
Also, since smooth scrolling handles scrolling a bit differently, we added a setting for Zoom Speed. We had to adjust it a little faster to make it seem natural for us with the smooth scroll mouse.
