File names when exporting from report tab are labeled "export" instead of the project name

When you export from the Takeoff Totals panel, it applies the project name to the downloaded csv file, but when you export off of the Reports section, it names the files "export"

These exports should also pull the project name just like the takeoff totals export so that we don't have a bunch of random export.csv files downloaded
