today it's only working for me on the first try.
second try it doesn't seem to want to end the line.
Hey Luke, thanks for reporting! I tested on my end using double-click on both the linear and the area, and was unable to replicate this issue. Which tool are you using, and what steps are you taking that cause this issue? Also, when you double-click, and it doesn't stop, what happens? Are you triple-clicking by accident? (Accidentally starting a new section in the same spot)
whatever was happening its not doing it anymore. the what happens was it was still recording as if i only clicked once.
i have found it to sometimes not work and attributed it to my click speed being off. but this time it was not working more often than not. not sure what it was. ill let you know if it happens again and remind myself to try refreshing the page first.
@Luke, we did a few improvements in this area. Is it working properly? One clarification on the double-click: if you have a linear/area with more than 2 points and you double-click, it restarts the tool - if you have fewer than 2 points, it stops the tool.
