Auto Scroll Delay won't stay where it's set.

Everytime I set the delay to zero it continously seems to go back to the default of 500 milliseconds.

I mispoke here. When I open / create a new job it defaults back to the default setting. Only works within a job that is open.

I haven't been able to replicate this on my end, even if I switch projects. If you refresh your page, is it still defaulting back to 500ms?
