Auto Hyperlinks Only Show on Default Layer

It appears the Automatic Hyperlinks only show on the drawing sheets when the "Default" layer is selected. The Automatic Hyperlinks do not show on subsequent custom Layers. We are assuming this is a bug, becasue it would be more useful for the Automatic Hyperlinks to show up on all the Layers. It would also be a nice feature if we had the ability to re-run the Auto Hyperlinks via this prompt:

Hey Adam, thanks for reporting! We're aware of this issue, and we're looking into some ways to show the hyperlinks across all layers. I will mention the re-run auto hyperlinks to the team 🙂
