Organizing Documents

Planned

For large Commercial Projects I upload everything including Specs.

I do this to highlight and even add a fake "takeoff" item as a specific note, alternate, or similar.

This presents a problem when using the page name function. Maybe it is possible to name a subset? Or select multiple Sheets/Pages to rename just those?

Also, Can I organize these somehow? Via tag or folder, or similar?

I dont know if it is possible or not to see my sample project so I will add a screenshot here

I just saw I can Add Folders and should have done that first. I tried selecting the specs and dragging them to the folder. Didnt work out well and now the files are out of whack. What is best practice to organize pages/drawings?

We will be adding improved UI for dragging so it shows a horizontal line if moving items between other items, or a box around the item if you're dragging it into another item. Hopefully this helps. We will also be adding some options automatic organization, such as putting all "A" sheets into "Architectural", etc.
