Can it be provided that annotations and notes that are made by the various collaborators can be turned off or on based on the individual collaborator.
We are planning a feature called "Spaces" or maybe "Branches" or "Sub-Projects" (open to input on what to call it). You could have multiple spaces/branches on a project, and share each with specific collaborators. Each would basically use the same pages, and have a clean slate for takeoff & annotation data. Could be great for collaboration between contractors in an isolated space without giving them access to the whole project.

Could you add more tabs like? Estimating/ToDo/Schedule/Contacts/Links/Notes
ToDo:
- Description of tasks (e.g., remodel or new construction).
- Assign estimators to floors/pages/divisions (Concrete, Framing, Drywall, etc.).
- Hideable tabs for better organization; some companies may not need certain tabs.
Estimating:
- List of parts and assemblies for the takeoff/segments.
- Detailed breakdown for each takeoff item and sub sections.
Schedule:
- Track bid due dates and revision timelines.
- Monitor turn-around times for takeoff and revisions.
- Log takeoff completion and email approval dates.
Contacts:
- Contact details for the job (e.g., Job Supervisor, Property Owner, Job Foreman, Crew Members).
Links/Notes:
- Store images, emails, notes, and attachments.
- Centralized repository for related project resources.
Is there a place currently to write notes? All I see is a way to cloud things. Nice, but it would be nice to detail why the cloud is there.
Hi Scott. Note annotations are coming soon. We have them 95% done, just hidden currently. We're thinking maybe other ways of storing notes, too (where maybe you want some notes for things not necessarily on the plans).
